For contact, school registration or box/collection requests we may process organisation name, address, contact person, email, phone number, box quantities, school information and notes. Public forms do not request pupils’ personal data.

3. Why do we use this data?

To answer questions and requests, organise collection and logistics, manage school participation and – only with consent – send updates.

4. Legal basis

We process data to respond to requests, perform agreements, pursue legitimate operational interests and, where required, on the basis of consent.

Personal data is kept no longer than necessary for its purpose, administration and applicable legal retention duties.
