These terms cover collection, logistics and the school programme.
1. Scope
These terms apply to organisations, schools and other participants requesting boxes, offering material or participating in a Grondstof Helden programme, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Request and confirmation
An online submission is a request. Participation, delivery, pickup or logistics become definite only after confirmation by Grondstof Helden.
3. Collection boxes
Boxes are intended for designated material streams. Participants must follow instructions on use, storage and contents. Contaminated, hazardous or unagreed material may be refused.
4. Pickup and logistics
Every request is assessed individually. Planning depends on location, volume, route, capacity and practical circumstances. Completing a form alone does not create an automatic pickup guarantee.
5. School programme
The school programme may include a workbook, material set, QR videos, assignments, collection, school challenge, ranking and kilogram counter. Content may be improved during pilots.
6. Use at school
The school is responsible for delivery by an authorised or designated supervisor and for appropriate pupil supervision.
7. Weighing and registration
Collected quantities may be weighed and registered. Measurements, rankings and impact figures may be corrected after validation.
8. Costs
Any costs or logistics contributions will be communicated in advance. A request alone creates no payment obligation unless expressly agreed.
9. Intellectual property
Educational material and our own content may be used within the agreed purpose, but may not be resold, commercially exploited or publicly distributed without permission.
10. Personal data and images
Personal data is handled under the privacy policy. Participation does not automatically grant permission to publish identifiable people or pupils.
11. Liability
Each party remains responsible for its own actions. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; mandatory liability remains unaffected.
12. Changes and termination
Planning or delivery may change during pilots, capacity constraints or exceptional circumstances. The parties will contact each other as soon as possible.
13. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. The parties will first try to resolve disputes by consultation; thereafter the competent Dutch court has jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
